An independent and well know pollster in MA has released results on a poll taken across all the districts in Massachusetts.  The summary of this poll shows that the voters would NOW support and extension of the enactment of Ballot Question 3  AND would  not have a problem with their legislature voting for it.  The voters in each of the districts in MA would continue to vote for the legislature and approve of an extension of the implantation of the Ballot Question until Jan. 1, 2013!!!

Protection of Working Animals and Handlers, Inc. has filed a request for on inquest in Lynn, MA district court. Attorney General Martha Coakly has appointed Peter Sachs to particpate in the inquest on behalf of her office.
