“The Lynn District court on September 17th asked Protection of Working Animals and Handlers (POWAAH) to submit in writing to the court the legal arguments behind our petition for an election fraud inquest concerning the campaign to support Question 3 on last November’s ballot.  We thank the court and look forward to presenting our case.  This is hopeful news for the 1300 people threatened with job loss while facing an unemployment rate that just jumped to more than nine percent.”
